क्रूरतापूर्वक मवेशियों को ले जा रहे लोडिंग वाहन को पुलिस ने पकड़ा
दो के खिलाफ पशु क्रूरता अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज
शिवपुरी। शहर के देहात थाना अंतर्गत तलैया मोहल्ला से एक लोडिंग वाहन को पकडऩे की कार्रवाई की है। वाहन में ११ भैंसे क्रूरतापूर्वक लदी हुई थी। पुलिस ने इस मामले में दो आरोपियों के खिलाफ पशू क्रूरता अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर लिया है।
देहात थाना प्रभारी जितेन्द्र मावई ने बताया कि शुक्रवार रात १० बजे उनको पशुओं से भरे वाहन के बारे में सूचना मिली। सूचना पर से मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने एक लोडिंग वाहन को पकड़ा तो उसके दो हिस्सो में ११ मवेशी क्रूरता पूर्वक लदे हुए थे। पुलिस को देख एक युवक तो मौके से फरार हो गया, लेकिन दूसरे को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया। चालक की पहचान नफीस पुत्र अहशान शाह व फरार हुए युवक का नाम शरीफ कुर्रेशी निवासीगण तलैया मोहल्ला निवासी है। पुलिस ने मवेशियों को गोशाला भेज दिया और दोनो आरोपियों पर केस दर्ज कर आगे की पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है।

Case registered against two under Animal Cruelty Act
Shivpuri. Action has been taken to catch a loading vehicle from Talaiya Mohalla under the Rural Police Station of the city. 11 buffaloes were cruelly loaded in the vehicle. Police has registered a case against two accused under Animal Cruelty Act in this case.
Dehat Police Station in-charge Jitendra Mawai said that he received information about a vehicle loaded with animals at 10 pm on Friday night. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and caught a loading vehicle, in which 11 cattle were cruelly loaded in two parts. Seeing the police, one youth fled from the spot, but the other was caught by the police. The driver has been identified as Nafees son of Ahshan Shah and the name of the absconding youth is Sharif Qureshi, resident of Talaiya Mohalla. Police sent the cattle to the Gaushala and registered a case against both the accused and started further investigation.
