बकरी के बच्चें को मारने वाले आरोपी को एक साल की कैद, ५०० रुपए का अर्थदंड
करैरा। जिले के करैरा कोर्ट के जेएमएफसी न्यायाधीश ने बकरी के बच्चें को मारने के आरोप में दोषी आरोपी को एक साल कैद व ५०० रुपए अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। मामले में शासन से पैरवी एडीपीओ कल्याण सिंह ने की।
अभियोजन के मुताबिक अमोला के ग्राम दिदावली निवासी शिशुपाल पुत्र रामलाल कुशवाह ने २६ दिसंबर २०१२ को मामूली विवाद पर पड़ौसी हाकिम के बाड़े में बंधी बकरी के बच्चें को मार दिया और उसे मारकर बोरे में रखकर ले जा रहा था। तभी हाकिम ने उसे पकड़ लिया। मामले की शिकायत अमोला थाने में की गई थी। पुलिस ने आरोपी शिशुपाल कुशवाह के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर कोर्ट में चालान पेश किया। मामले में सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने दोनो पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद आरोपी को दोषी माना और यह सजा सुनाई है।
One year imprisonment and Rs. 500 fine to the accused who killed the baby goat
Karaira. The JMFC judge of Karaira court of the district has sentenced the accused guilty of killing the baby goat to one year imprisonment and Rs. 500 fine. ADPO Kalyan Singh represented the government in the case.
According to the prosecution, on 26 December 2012, Shishupal son of Ramlal Kushwaha, resident of Didawali village of Amola, killed the baby goat tied in the enclosure of the neighbor Hakim over a minor dispute and was taking the dead baby goat in a sack. Then Hakim caught him. The complaint of the case was made in Amola police station. The police registered a case against the accused Shishupal Kushwaha and presented the challan in the court. After hearing the case, the court held the accused guilty after hearing the arguments of both the parties and pronounced this sentence.
